All Year Entertainment Corporation (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) operates the Tomohisa Yamashita Official Fan Club “Heart9” (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”).Through the Service, the Company aims to satisfy customers and provide them with beneficial, high-quality fan club services. Handling of Personal Information

All Year Entertainment Corporation (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) will use the personal information it acquires or possesses in operating the Tomohisa Yamashita Official Fan Club “Heart9” (hereinafter referred to as “the Service”) for the following purposes. (1) Fees
The actual costs required for the procedure (costs of issuing official documents, photocopying, etc.) and communication costs such as postage for sending documents to the Company shall be borne by the customer. The Company will bear the communication costs for sending the documents.

(2) Cases in which we are unable to respond to requests for disclosure, etc.
The Company will confirm the details of the request for disclosure, etc. received and inform the requestor of the results at a later date. However, we will not be able to respond to requests in any of the following cases. In such cases, we will inform you of the reason why we cannot respond.
If we are unable to verify the identity of the person making the request.
In the case of a request for disclosure by a legal representative, if we are unable to confirm the relationship between the legal representative and the customer.
In the case of a request for disclosure by a proxy, if the proxy’s authority of representation cannot be confirmed.
